Mint Chocolate Fudge

For the Chocolate Layer
2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 jar Marshmallow Cream (7 oz. jar)
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

For the Mint Layer
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 jar Marshmallow Cream (7 oz. jar)
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
10 mint Oreos, broken into chunks
green food coloring

Instructions

For the Chocolate Layer
    1. In a small sauce pan, combine the chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and marshmallow cream over medium heat. Stir until completely melted together.
    2. Stir in the vanilla and salt. Pour into an 8×8 pan that has been lined with wax paper. Refrigerate until set.
For the Mint Layer
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the white chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and marshmallow cream over medium heat. Stir until completely melted together.
  2. Stir in the vanilla, salt, and a little bit of green food coloring. Stir in the broken mint Oreos. Pour on top of the chocolate layer. Top with extra broken cookie pieces. Refrigerate until set. Let the fudge come to room temperature before cutting.
