Another low on time, quick and easy meal idea. Throw all these ingredients together and ignore it while you are running around the house or watching tv. A simple classic… and it’s soo good.

Ingredients
14 oz. can beef broth
1 pack dry onion soup mix
2 lbs chuck roast (cut the fat)
Mozzarella cheese
6  french rolls

1

I sprayed the crock pot with non-stick spray first, for easier clean up.

2

Put beef broth & soup mix into crock pot & mix it around. Turn the crock pot on.

3

Add well-trimmed chuck roast and mix it in with the broth mixture.

4

Cook 8 hours on low. OR 4 hours on high and 2 hours on low)

5

Once cooked, shred the meat with two forks

6

Cut a roll, and place the meat.

7

Top with cheese

8

Brown the sandwich in the oven to melt the cheese! then serve with your beef dip broth!

Warms me up on a cold winter night :)
