Crock Pot Chicken Jambalaya Recipe

This recipe is so easy to make! I love it because it requires only a few ingredients, and just a few short minutes of my prep time. With a busy family schedule, it’s nice to be able to set it and forget it!

You’ll Need:

4 chicken breasts
1 pkg mild Italian sausage {cooked and drained}
1 can of tomato soup
2 cups quartered white mushrooms
2 cups diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp chili seasoning

Directions:

Combine ingredients into a large, labelled freezer bag. When ready to cook pull out of the freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Pour into the crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low. Serve with rice.
