Easy Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
A healthy smoothie choice for your morning routine. This smoothie packs the flavor of oatmeal & raisin cookies.. it’s like eating cookies for breakfast!
2 whole bananas (frozen)
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup plant-based milk
½ tsp cinnamon
a dash of ground cardamon (optional)
1 tbsp raisins
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and whiz until smooth and creamy, adding extra non-dairy milk as necessary to achieve desired consistency. If using unsweetened non-dairy milk, add another 1 tbsp raisins. Garnish with a dash of cardamon or cinnamon if desired.
